"The guy who checked us in it was less than enthusiastic. I ask if the hotel had a bar. He said, no, but you can get something to drink across the street which were fast food restaurants. Breakfast was okay. Nothing special. There was a fifty dollar deposit on the credit card for any expenses that I may have incurred while I was there. Upon checking out, I was told there was a ten dollar parking fee which I was not informed about when I checked in. Ten dollars for parking in a hotel parking lot. Ridiculous. Just another way to make a few extra bucks. Would I stay there again no."

"After shuttle had us waiting over an hour in the heat. We arrived to a full lobby a crabby staff. The rooms smell like wet carpet but pretty clean. Its a mini strip mall with a few restaurants, five below and dollar sore etc across the street. Good for a night before cruise quick stay. Also ask questions about deposits took 30 days to receive mines back aling with others i travel with"

"This is a solid choice for a comfortable stay. The rooms are comfortable, with good mattresses, nice linens and thick towels in the clean bathrooms. The pool is large, clean, and warm. Highly recommend the generous breakfast, other meals just OK. Not much walkable in the neighborhood, but it's a short rideshare to many places. "

"Bathroom door doesn't close. We found a cucaracha in the room. Shuttle Hotel service is very slow, insufficient vans to service their clients. "

"The airport shuttle experience was horrendous. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for the shuttle, after being told it would be 45 minutes which was bad enough. Glad I didn’t have to pay for it. Will never do that again. The pickup area at the airport was congested and confusing. Better off paying for a taxi."

"Was pretty much decent. The walls were kinda dirty and my checkin process was a little complicated as it took a few phone calls to get in touch w the host but it’s not terrible and in a good location"

"Arrived late for check in. Informed the room I reserved 6 months prior was not available. Nothing done to rectify the situation that night. Have away all the 2 queen rooms that day before we arrived even though that is what I reserved). No bottled in room (Hilton honors member). No dry/clean towels at pool. "
