「Biscayne Suites is a fairly typical shore-town boutique hotel. Design and layout feel a little dated; but it is clean, comfortable, and quiet in an unbeatable location. Staff was professional, welcoming, and pleasant. Very much appreciated the lack of wall-to-wall carpeting, which especially in a beach resort area can be more than a little funky. Would certainly stay again.」

「Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. We were in for the dance/majorettes competition and it was super close to the convention center and also walking distance from several good restaurants. We were not in the main hotel building, we were in an efficiency in a small beach house out back. 「Very clean, very cute hotel with super nice staff. Right behind the boardwalk so I loved that it was within walking distance. Great view of the ocean if you get a room on the 4th floor. Only negatives were the elevator was broken and the shower in the room I originally booked wasnt working so they proactively switched me to a comparable room with the same view and had a staff member bring up my bags. They were really on the ball with making sure there were no inconveniences despite the elevator...
