I was greeted with Hector the manager as soon as I checked in. Very friendly atmosphere very clean and seconds to the boardwalk. I would definitely come back and recommend this location. Staff is friendly and helpful

The property was definitely clean as was the room, however, I was nearly overwhelmed by the beach smell when I opened the door. Because the a/c hadn't been turned on, the tile floors were slick and my sneakers slid around. Until I got it dried out, I was ice-skating instead of walking. Very quiet, but mid-week in October I wasn't surprised. The A/C unit was very loud which might be great to block out sound in the summer, but was a bit of a nuisance this time of year. Good shower/bathroom; hot water and water pressure all good. No shampoo, but soap was given. Typical tiny towels. Would have like a TV guide.
