"This property is extremely well managed. The hotel itself is rather dated and during our stay the outdoor onsen was not accessible.
However, the staff (from management to server) do their utmost to accomodate their guests. We had an excellent stay and enjoyed the service to the fullest."

Great room with a stunning view of Mt. Yotei ! Just could not get enough of that . Food options were great too since I do not eat authentic Japanese food . And the Onsen is wonderful .
