"As a family, we travel A LOT and I can honestly say, this was possibly the best hotel stay we have ever had. The facilities are flawless, the amenities are generous, and the staff is relentlessly helpful and kind. The location couldn’t be more convenient for a one stop ski in/ski out situation. With gear rental and lessons booked from the lower level, it couldn’t be easier to show up and have a wonderful snow holiday. My partner was injured on our last day on the slopes and the staff arranged transport to the hospital and sent a staff member to translate; we can’t thank them enough for making sure our stay was perfect…even when it wasn’t. "

"Comfortable stay. Some part of the side walks were slippery because covered with icy snow. I guess the local government doesn’t have any regulations to keep the sidewalks clear of icy snow. "

"Very convenient and value hotel for short stays. Not a full service hotel but was more than adequate. Onsen was clean and basic shower facilities. Short walk to canal and main shopping street. Free open private parking next to hotel. Would stay again. "

"We had a fantastic stay at The Chatrium in our 1 bed apartment. The staff were super helpful when needed and the shuttle service to the Gondola and Dot Base was fantastic. The driver took our ski's and poles from us each time securing them on the bus. The bar and restaurants in the hotel were also greaz and convenient. The hotle is located in a perfect position for eating out etc. We had a car and there was free undercover parking that was hassle free. We will def stay here again when we return. "
