There are 5 sit down restaurants in addition to the buffet, a grill and bar in the beach, and a taco stand by the main pool. The drinks and waiter service throughout the resort are excellent. The junior deluxe swim out rooms are the best. The beach is lovely with lots of shade. The entertainment is top notch too. The highlight, however, is the staff. I loved the food and that the options and times for food were so plentiful. Janeth, our concierge, was incredibly helpful and so kind. Eddie, our housekeeper, kept our room so beautiful and was so sweet. Benito, our server, was so funny and helpful- and super fast! Rosario and Carmen are both so sweet and made me feel welcome and like I was their friend getting coffee. "

The food was delicious the staff was polite and helpful, room service was a little behind or short staffed but otherwise we got everything we needed when we asked for it.
