ウッドランド ハイツ ホテル

「窓際におそらく前の宿泊客の靴下が置き忘れられていた。」

「I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but the staff welcomed me immediately. The room was very spacious, almost like a suite. In walking distance of the restaurants in downtown Richmond.」

「Location was good. Some of the plugs were not working.」

「古い建物のようですが、汚さは感じませんでした。駐車場代がやたら高いのが気になりました。」

「Rooms need upgrade, no closet, no safe to put valuables, no tea/coffee maker, no mini fridge, no microwave. What the hell!!The bathroom doors slide open spontaneously during a shower. I liked the linen cabinet, so guests can get whatever they need without waiting for 'housekeeping". Great idea.」

「Rooms are clean and nice and quiet. I would have liked to be able to directly purchase the small area of snacks located near front desk. I don’t like putting on my room tab, so I was thirsty the whole time I was there. I wanted water. I think parking should be free, not $15/day. The pool looked very clean, and the hours are good for it. It’s open until 10pm.」

「ロケーションが良かった」

「1st room the a/c didn't work (king bed) so I was moved to a double queen with working ac which was no issue. However, I had to try 4 separate sets of cards for the door (none worked) until I was let in with a master key and told to just let them know when I leave. The staff was extremely helpful and considerate and the next day I was given working keys.」
