"Obviously this is not a 5 star hotel, but for what it is it's great. Rooms are clean, air/heat work well, beds are extremely comfy. The staff I've encountered has always been pleasant and friendly. The location is absolutely perfect: Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens are both less than 15 mins away and there are some great dining options & grocery/convenience stores in walking distance. I've stayed here 4 or 5 times and have never had a bad experience. "

"Overall got the job done for a shirt vacation. Room, bed, and property were clean but very outdated. Remodeling was happening, there was a water issue that caused water to be turned off for an extended period of time 2 days, but the front desk kept everyone updated. Breakfast was basic, but still good. STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONAL, VERY POLITE AND GREETED EVERYONE"
