We stayed for two nights and I don’t know what was going on, but we got no housekeeping so I asked for extra towels. It took 3 requests before I got them. This is not the service you expect with a Marriott brand.

Hotel and room are good. Location great. Major construction going on. Hotel didn’t give any notice. Just assumed we’d like to hear pounding on the floor above all afternoon. A heads up would have been appreciated so we could have decided if we wanted to move or deal with it.

Great location, across street from parking garage.

While my stay here was very short I would like to say that the service by Lenin and Athena was immaculate. They were so sweet and welcoming from check in to check out. I’ll be returning to Richmond in the future and plan to stay here again and hope to see them. I also loved how clean and spacious the rooms were. The neighborhood view was nice as well and the lobby had a very welcoming feel to it.
