「This hotel have a complete plumbing problem. The drains are completely clogged. It took a minimum of 10 minutes for the water to go down the drain. The lobby, hallways and elevators DON’T have air conditioning. It’s very outdated. There was corn chips on the aged carpet as I opened my room door.」

「Great place to stay and so much easier to check in than a hotel. Awesome location in Charlotte and I wish I was there longer to take advantage of all the restaurants that were within walking distance.」

「Came all the way from Virginia to Charlotte to only be told that my room was canceled, I never received any notification from the property and it showed that it was still booked on Expedia. I called the hotel and they stated that I was supposed to get a text for an authorization form for my card to be charged even though I never received one and that they had gave my room away so me and my friends were stranded with no lodging as this was the weekend for a huge concert and everything was booked....

「Rooms are super nice and clean. Washer and Dryer are in room - really nice and convenient. Kitchen super clean and have all the essential utensils you needed. Location is right on point if you need to say close by to Atrium medical center. I would stay with Kasa again 100%.」
