「評判どおり日本のビジネスホテルに相当する狭さでしたが、料金、ロケーションの良さは最高でした。NYCではエキストラチャージを覚悟していたのですが、追加はありませんでした。高級スーパー2軒と24時間スーパーに挟まれ、豪雪に遭遇しても不安はありませんでした。朝食はお決まりのコーヒーとパンだけですが、スーパーでサラダ1品でも追加すれば豪華になります。部屋には冷蔵庫があるので、2日間保存できます。 グランドセントラルにも徒歩5分程度なので、そこから地下鉄でどこにでも行けます。天気が良ければ徒歩でも行けそうです。」

「シティタックスで毎日別途40ドル、クリーニングにチップ5ドルかかるので、日本なら普通にそれだけで泊まれるなと思いながら泊まりました。またトイレのカギは壊れていたので、気を使いながら使用しました。」

「The staff were very friendly, helpful, and catered so kindly to my requests. As it was mentioned in the Expedia page that the room with microwave and fridge could be arranged, I requested for it upon my arrival at the hotel. They didn't have the room with the two equipments immediately. However, they later delivered the microwave and fridge to my room and installed. This made my week-long buisiness trip to NY well convenient. Another staff also helped me use the laundry machine. She was kind...

「客室：清潔で毎日清掃にも入ってもらいました。ただ、トイレの調子が悪く、たびたびガタン、という音が鳴るのが少し怖かったです。 フロント:親切に対応いただきました。また、特定の時間はセルフでコーヒーがいただけたのでほぼ毎朝いただいてました。 立地:グランドセントラル駅から徒歩で行ける距離で便利でした。また割と近くに日本食のスーパーのようなものもあり利用しました。」
