"Customer service was excellent. The staff were nowhere to be seen (which I like!) but when a snow storm changed my original plans the hotel was understanding and helpful.
The room was well organized and comfortable, parking lot was small but I never had an issue finding a spot during my stay.
The rate was a good value, especially for the location - wanted to be in Summit & the town/train station was easily accessible via foot. Will definitely be coming back."
