「Perfect location in the East Village. Nice that it is on the first floor so you are not having to climb lots of stairs. Great for 2 people. Check in was super easy and apartment was very clean. Building entrance was clean and it was pretty quiet when we were there. Host is very easy to communicate with. Kitchen and close proximity to Wegmans for groceries could be helpful to some. 「Chris' property in the Lower East Side was one of the best rentals we've ever experienced (and we've stayed at a lot of VRBO properties). It was perfect--the space, cleanliness, amenities, safety, location, communication... After a long day of walking NYC with all of its amazing energy and stimulation, it was a wonderful feeling returning to the sanctuary that is this apartment. The space itself is comfortable and inviting, and is equipped with everything that we needed during our 5-night stay....

"フロントの方も感じよく、空港までは無料のバスが便利でマンハッタンの街に出るのもそこまで大変な訳ではない（夜空港から行く方方はまわりにお店ないので、ホテルにも多少売ってましたが何かしらお菓子やご飯必要な方は、買って行くか食べて行くことをおすすめ）ので料金も高くなくメニュー変わる朝食付いて、温かいコーヒー等がいつでもいただけるのも大変助かりました。ただ、部屋にたまたまかとても小さなパッと見ゴキブリみたいなのを数匹を見付けてしまい、、部屋からは景色もきれいできれいに管理もされていたとの印象ですが、その点だけが気になってしまいました。"
