"This hotel is at a great location--a short walk to multiple subway lines. Tons of restaurants and sights to see nearby. Helpful staff and friendly staff. Clean room of a decent size for NYC. The only downside are the elevators. They aren't very large and with a building over 40 floors, taking the elevator was slow with the multiple stops for other passengers. Definitely factor in elevator time if you are trying to get somewhere. Otherwise, I would stay here again!"

"Very clean room close to the action in Times Square. Plenty of good food at your doorstep. Things to note: beds are hard (not firm). Felt like I was lying on a box spring and not a mattress. The elevator is very small but fast."

"La habitación está un poco vieja, la puerta esta caida,el aire acondicionado no se puede controlar, por esto está bien frío .hay que apagar manual.Las mucamas atentas y cervicales, El staff del front desk muy amable solo uno por la noche, le hice una pregunta por si vendia agua y me contesto altanero y malcriado que afuera vendian, cuando subia para el cuarto me encuentro con un Sr de mantenimiento y muy amable me dijo que tenian maquinas de hielo en varios pisos y que las cuales aparte del hielo daban agua 💧. "I loved the stay in this hotel, the staff were all very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that the shower needs grips because it is very slippery, and the halls smelled a little musty and old. No room service but there are 3 restaurants to choose from inside the hotel- TickTock diner was amazing every time we ate there. I would definitely stay here again if I come to NY!"
