「Great location for getting to the subway and for finding food! Trader Joe’s and target both close. Spacious enough for two couples to not be on top of each other all the time. Great set up with two bedrooms and bathrooms at opposite ends. Kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to dine in-however there were so many restaurant choices that making food wasn’t an option for us!! 「Couldn’t ask for a better location!! Super cool historic building and great apartment. Very comfortable beds and comfy space. Nice common area/library in the lobby. Great bar and restaurant attached to lobby as well. Would stay again for sure! 」

「This location is very convenient, and the outside space is huge! I wish we had a chance to bbq. The entry stairwell is narrow and not fancy - but the actual unit is quite nice. I wouldn't want to have to cook much here - the kitchen is definitely small. But if you want a convenient place in midtown with outside space, i would definitely rent this again.We DID have some confusion in the booking - which seems to be a result of a private booking system that the property owners use that connects to...

「We drove into the city, dropped off luggage and parked at AZ parking garage 3 blocks away. There were garages next to rental but with horrible reviews. Our car was in perfect condition when we picked it up after are stay. We picked this place because we hate carpet rentals and this place is all solid floors. Perfect location and we would rent again 」
