「Nice hotel. The beds could be better, ours had coils you could feel. Shower was good, access to the room and patling great. Fitness center has the basics plus. Good location.」

The not so good: the smell of cigarettes was immediately noticeable when walking in, the floor had clearly not been swept as part of cleaning the room, the sheets on one of the beds were stained, all of the lighting fixtures and the microwave were quite rusted, and there was no security latch present on the door. The okay: the AC worked, outlets worked, and the curtains could be drawn...

「We stayed in unit ten of the Drift in Cocoa Beach and didn’t really know what to expect. There was parking in front of the complex. The Drift was a quiet complex that was a short walk to the beach. The Drift even had beach chairs to use and beach wagons! As for our unit, it was small but perfect for 2 people. There were bath towels, washcloths, linens, and beach towels to use. 「We booked this place based on all the raving reviews and looked like a nice place to stay for our families spring break trip. Check in was typical. Upon entering the room however we were disappointed. The room was smaller than expected but doable. But the smell and overall cleanliness of the room was horrid. Whatever cleaner they use has an overwhelming scent that made the room smell like a floral scented garbage bag. There was dust on everything, walls, ceiling fan blades, trim, art work, bed...

「This place is awesome! It's clean and very comfortable. It's just like being at home, there was plenty of room and it has everything you need. The beach is just a short walk and beach access was very easy. The staff is exceptionally nice and very polite. We had an issue upon check-in and the maintenence man took care of it right away! We will definitely stay here again!」

「外観、部屋、設備は新しくとても綺麗。 可笑しかったことは､正面入り口が見当たらず､ここで良いのかなと思う裏口のような所から入場。 ここは観光地から遠く､田舎のような物音一つない静かな地区。目の前に中型スーパーマーケットが有り､夕食用食材とお土産をたっぷり購入できる。部屋に電子レンジや冷蔵庫が備わっているので便利。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで難しい質問がなかったので英語が苦手でもホッとしました。ホテルはオーランド空港からは約1時間､ケープカナベラルまで50分､無料高速道路で空いていました。ロイヤルカリビアンクルーズを利用するためが決めてでした。もちろんレンタカー利用です。」

「No everyday cleanup. The floor is dirty and sticky. When the toilet was clogged, a plunger was delivered to fix by DIY because they had no service person available.」

「Parking was fine. Room was clean with refrigerator and microwave. I wish there had been a light near the bed or near the table. My biggest problem was the additional payment that apparently had to be in cash. That needs to be stated in advance. I had to go to a cash machine. 」
