"Excellent leisure facilities, lovely pool and sauna and nice refreshing ice bucket just a shame steam room was not available because it was having maintenance, but everything else was lovely "

"Our first room was really dirty, deep ingrained dirt and a general lack of everyday cleaning too. Luckily the kind manager moved us to a better room that was much cleaner. The staff are great, very friendly and the breakfast was reasonably good - but the building is very tired and and grubby with marked walls, peeling paint and dirty windows - which is such a shame because it is fabulously located and could be a real jewel in Cardiff's crown! The building is quite damp and this triggered one of our party's asthma so that is also something to consider when booking."
