I had booked the swan hotel in wells as my title, you booked me in the swan inn in another city. The hotel spoke to the other hotel, I got. 2/4 days back, they would not charge me only 1 night. The other hotel manager was apparently very rude.

Old building but clean warm modern fittings, great atmosphere and obviously very popular with the locals. Food was lovely good choice and priced well, breakfast was great with the Stornoway black pudding. would definitely go back.

A quick stay over, but great experience and will stay again. rooms are very good and well provided; early takeout breakfast-on-the-go option was nice as we were leaving early. food was good in lively bar/ restaurant

The Swan Inn is a beautiful pub in a quiet country area with easy access to Cheddar. We loved the property and enjoyed our stay very much. We ate dinner one night and breakfast one morning and both meals were delicious. I’d highly recommend The Swan Inn if you’re looking for a quiet country stay in a lovely old pub.
