「Great little condo, nice, cozy and welcoming. Host was great and gave easy to follow details on how to find parking spot and location of condo. I was in town for my son’s basketball tournament and this was a good little getaway spot. Onsite restaurant was good too. 」

「I found this property quite disappointing. First, it is in a very old student apartment complex and some of the interior has not been refurbished in decades. Second, it was not clean -- visible mildew in the bathroom and also moldy odors; kitchen also had an odor. Third, the cookware was not usable, the skillet in particular (owner replaced it on the third day). There is no private outdoor space. The HVAC system is quite loud and old. 「We had an amazing stay at Brandon’s place in Austin! From start to finish, communication was excellent — Brandon was quick to respond and made everything super easy. The property’s location couldn’t be better — only about 10 minutes from just about everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood felt safe and convenient, and the home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We’d absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Austin. Highly recommend!」
