Initially, my trip was planned from January 21 to January 26; however, due to the severe weather conditions in New York, I needed to extend my stay by an additional day. I truly appreciate how quickly you reached out and offered the extra days at a great price. Your kindness in not taking advantage of my situation during the snowstorm up north is something I am forever grateful for.Throughout my stay, your responsiveness and attentiveness were outstanding. When I encountered an issue with the pool, you immediately arranged for pool service, and the problem was resolved the very same day. The pool quickly became my favorite spot during both the days and evenings.The game room was another highlight of my visit. With options like the bowling game, classic junk box, Ms. Pac-Man, and more than 20 other games, as well as the floating hockey game, my guests and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there.The house itself is beautiful and spacious, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom, in particular, was impressively large and comfortable.I would also like to reiterate that the gated community is beautiful and made me feel very safe throughout my stay.
