Only small thing is the jacuzzi was wood fired and they needed 6 hours notice if you wanted to use it and felt there was a bit of reluctance around asking to use it. 」

The room was really comfortable with thoughtful extra touches like complimentary bottled water, a big selection of hit drinks and bottled milk and oat milk in the fridge. Staff were fantastic, really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was extremely good. A relative who lives in the town said it was their favourite place to go for breakfast and I can see why. I highly recommend a stay here .」

「The hotel was dated and looked tired from the outside and inside. The images online were very misleading and didn't look like the room that was promised. The room itself was very small but the bedsheets and towels were clean. The bathroom was in desperate need of being regrouted and cracked tiles needed to the replaced. The net curtains were dirty with cigarette holes in the them and there was a layer of dust on the valance. Even though the 'quite' times were meant to start at 10pm, we could...

「The 2 rooms which we have were absolutely awful….dirty and dusty and old. Walls didn’t see paint for years -some of wallpaper was stick together with tape ! We have mould and damp on the wall . My son vie from the window was bins and cars as his room was on the basement. Food was extremely basic and poor quality. Stuff smoking cigarettes outside and whole halls stink . You can hear drains all evening when people flushed the toilet. Walls are very thick so you can hear every single noise….Awful...
