"This is a lovely B&B. We had the room looking out over the harbour, and it was in excellent condition and spotless. The owners clearly really care about their property. We broke down on the way there, and once we'd called them to let them know we'd be really late, they kept in contact with us to make sure we were okay, which was really nice, and welcomed us very warmly when we finally arrive 8 hours late! The breakfast was lovely, and what you would traditionally expect. Lots of choice of cooked breakfasts from eggs, to a traditional fry up, to fish. It was exceptionally well cooked. All in all, this is a lovely place to stay. We were sad we only stayed one night and will definitely be visiting again. This is an exceptional B&B."

"The property is in a central location with less than 5 minutes level walk to shops, restaurants and transport (ferries/bus). This was exactly what we wanted because we knew that parking is an issue in Dartmouth. We left the car behind, taking the train to Totnes and bus to Dartmouth. Everything you could need for self catering was provided. Local Co-op was open until 10pm in the evening, which was handy. Check in and out was simple, no fuss, and the host kept in touch during the stay."
