"Good stay, with a large comfortable, spotlessly clean, homely, well equipped apartment. Friendly staff. However, there were a couple of niggles, the TV was really small, old fashioned and not smart so no access to streaming services etc. There was also a surprise charge for daily electricity usage, which wasn’t mentioned during booking, and could really add up if you were staying for a few nights or more. "

"The overall stay was excellent - 9/10 The views from, both the lounge & the main bedroom, are spectacular - we were treated to a constant toing & froing of a variety of vessels, seals, the arrival & departure of a huge cruise liner (the Silver Wind) & just before our departure the arrival of a large paddle steamer (the Waverley). Having looked at adverts for several apartments in Dartmouth we believe that this apartment is very competively priced. Once you get used to the parking restrictions...

"Overall, a love experience. The property was decievingly spacious, clean and filled with great entrainment facilities. An added benefit of a washer/dryer that makes that going back home experience better. Car parking permit included also. A great way to celebrate a significant ceremony in a stunning part of the country. Would highly recommend and stay again when in the area. "

"Very well appointed apartment and owner very responsive a parking problem. This property should NOT be adveryised with ‘free on site parking’ though, as it was on hotels.com. "

"The property was in a great location for the town centre. The road is very narrow so be mindful of what size car you have, but we were fine. Only enough parking for one car, so had to park in the park and ride for the other car, but that was easy enough. House is fully equipped, very clean and comfortable and would definitely recommend."

"Amazing 2nd stay. Great quiet cul-de-sac location and close to Dartmouth for exploring (is walkable if you are fit enough). Property is modern, cosy & has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Had brilliant nights sleep!"

"Beds in both rooms are small. Double bed only 3/4. Twin beds not suitable for taller adults. Only ok for children or shorter adults."

"Lovely little house,location fantastic. Everything you needed was supplied, books games even dishwasher tablets and cleaning equipment. Just needs a little TLC. Small negative, we didnt realise the property was over four floors until we got our final confirmation. This caused a slight problem as we had my eighty year old mother with us. All in all a great little getaway and would definitely book the house again."
