Anna helped us with getting to know the city, gave us a map and pointed out all the sites to see in Hanoi she was wonderfull ĐA was amazing super nice and helped us with everything we needed Good location and the staff was the best. "The Haian was amazing - totally checked all the boxes. The room was well appointed & clean - we had an ocean view room with 2 twin beds. We were literally across the street from the beach. The beds were very comfortable & although the hotel mentioned there may be construction noise next door, we didn’t hear it. The inclusive breakfast was outstanding - so many selections from hot foods, made to order noodles, egg station, array of fruit like dragonfruit, guava, etc. and western dishes too. We had a wonderful meal of the northern style combo dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was so reasonable & delicious. The rooftop pool isn’t heated so it was too cold for me to swim in December but other people did take a dip. The pool guy Cuong was so nice & set out pool chairs, towels, drinks, etc. Wow, we felt so taken care of! We had wonderful service at the spa too. Prices are super reasonable & ask for a discount. "

"Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Old Town Hanoi. Walking distance to many highlights of the city. Fantastic breakfast, friendly and accommodating staff, views from the roof top bar are fantastic during sunset."
