「We had a great long weekend. The property is exactly as described and very clean. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. We were two couples, and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the wonderful fire pit for quiet evenings. Would highly recommend and would rebook if I am ever in the area again. 」

「This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California.
