"Had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Resort Lake George - Adirondack Area recently. The property was very nice, clean, and in a great location for enjoying the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, making for a comfortable."

"Hotel was close to the Highway which is why we chose it ( online, unfamiliar with area). Booked via Expedia. Staff gave us the farthest room away from lobby he possibly could ( not that we WANTED that) and the room stunk, stale air. Beds were not comfortable at all. Could really use some updated mattresses. Room was clean. Area felt a tad sketchy, not much around it and it was dark when arrived. Literally wanted a place to pull in and sleep before getting back on road."

"The staff that worked the front desk, we’re not friendly or welcoming, however, the Waitress is inside the restaurant and at the bar we’re fabulous. If I could recommend one important thing, they should have staff members cleaning the spiderwebs from the staircases and railings frequently."
