We were warmly welcomed, The roll out bed requested was not only available - but was made up with bedsheets and lovely quilt. The home was full of lovely quilts, framed cross-stitched from days gone by - it was like stepping into history with comforts of today. Rooms were comfortable and greeted us with freshly baked snacks and a pitcher of cold water. Hosts were enjoyable - hospitality above and beyond.

Pratt Smith BnB offers excellent hospitality. The hosts are kind, attentive, and make you feel welcome right away. The house is clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a warm home like atmosphere. The Pratt Smith B&B is a unique place to stay. The home has 100+ years of history, built by pioneers. Alan & Ann are such gracious hosts & we loved talking with them. Their breakfast table display was beautiful & food so very delicious.
