Best hotel room ever. Gabe checked us in and had top notch service and went above and beyond. We got a jacuzzi suite and it was Amazing!!!! Free breakfast and 1 block walking to the falls. Great location, value and overall everything. Will stay again.

The hot tub and pool were out of order. The cigar lounge was closed despite saying 24 hours. We couldnt access the small shop even though the sign said we could ask at the desk.

The staff was amazing, especially the gentleman in the breakfast area. The front desk staff were helpful and gave clear directions to the places and events we were interested in. I would definitely stay here again.
