Quiet position surrounded by wildlife of all kinds and many waterfowl such as ducks, geese, moorhens and kingfishers. Shower room en suite. Fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer etc. BBQ, firepit, loungers. Washing machine available. Welcome pack of rolls, croissants, juice, water, tea, coffee, sugar & condiments. Disc for 3+ nights. Fishing.

30+ acres of fields, woodland and lakes to wander round. (not where livestock -cattle and sheep are kept). Wild swimming lake + 3 lakes for coarse fishing. Common, mirror and crucian carp, perch, tench, orfe, dace, roach, gudgeon. Dogs welcome.
