"The lobby of the hotel is beautiful about the room was just a regular room. There was no one outside to take our luggage when we arrived. We also needed a taxi in the morning and we're told to just stand outside until one came. We waited quite a while and none came so we walked to the train station and were late to our destination. The bartender in the lounge however was very friendly as were the check in staff. The hotel is located a bit out of the way in a very quiet area which seems to be more of a financial district. If you want to be in the action you will need to take a train."

"The hotel was amazing! probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were super nice and spoke English, which made everything much easier. Check-in was smooth, and I was even able to check in earlier than expected. The airport bus stop for Narita and Haneda is right at the main floor entrance of the hotel, so it was extremely convenient. It is a bit of a walk to Shinjuku Station, but nothing too bad. There are also plenty of places to eat and visit around the area. My suite [Garden Suite] had an in-room laundry machine which is very convenient for those who are staying in Tokyo for long periods!"

"Clean rooms, somewhat stiff pillows, small overall space but very neat and modern. Good accomodations with laundry and vending machines, rental equipment. Great breakfasts."
