"My second time stay with this hotel! Love the space, the Skytree night view in my room, the dining options and transport within walkable distance! There is direct bus just outside the hotel to another train station which is very convenient to most tourist places. Love the selection of teas available for hotel guests! But room is slightly dusty and the bed is on the hard side but both still acceptable to me! :) affordable hotel for the amount of space and location in Tokyo. :)"

"Check-in was difficult. Check in is at a machine that wants Japanese characters and kept changing back to them. Took a long time and staff didn't speak much English. Nice view from room. Uncomfortable pillows, half filled with buckwheat hulls. Woke up with a stiff neck every morning. Breakfast is a fixed menu. No fish and rice, no pickled veg, no eggs and avocado.
