Top Shinjuku NS Building Hotel Reviews

Hotel Gracery Shinjuku

Hotel Gracery Shinjuku

10/10 Excellent
"I will definitely book a room at the Gracery next time I stay in Shinjuku. Rooms are very new and better size and layout than the dated APA hotel options next door. Bathroom was huge with a separate room for the shower and tub. Breakfast buffet was the best Ive had in Japan: tacos, salad bar, veggies, meats, coffee bar, desserts and lots of other more typical breakfast fare options. Very easy access to JR station in Shinjuku. Lots of food and entertainment options. Despite the location the rooms start on the 9th floor so it was very quiet. Also the Godzilla theme was really cool. Well done Gracery Hotel Shinjuku!!"

"Staff was amazing and spoke English which helped with any questions about transportation around the city or how to get to places around the city. The bakery at the entrance has delicious pastries and the hotel is 20 minutes walking from the main station that will get you anywhere in Tokyo with its expansive train system."

8/10 Good
"My room was on the 38 floor and had executive lounge access. Complimentary mini bar was refreshed every 3 days and complimentary water everyday. Room was very big with amazing views. The hotel is located 10 mins walk from the main Shinjuku area or 1 subway stop ( with the station directly accessible from the lobby) . The staff were friendly and conversant in English. My Japanese is very much lacking and this was appreciated. The only query was the indicated availability of the executive lounge in the evening differed a bit from reality although not having to go 37 floors down for breakfast was a huge benefit. The bar prices were excessive and a cover charge for entertainment nights very off putting.A very high standard property well located which I would be very content to stay again"

Hotel Rose Garden Shinjuku

Hotel Rose Garden Shinjuku

10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is located perfectly 10 minutes from the Shinjuku crossing and shopping. The hotel is quaint and very clean. While Japan is known to not have any trash cans in public areas there are also no trash cans in the public areas of the hotel. The staff are generally very nice and helpful. The one concern I had with the hotel was when I had put my clothes in the hotel dryer for 60 minutes and my clothes came out still damp. I notified the hotel and they directed me to a 24 hour laundromat. There was no attempt to refund my money or fix the dryer."
