"It was a pleasant stay. Room is clean and well-equipped. Akira-san prepared the accomodation well, and it was easy to communicate with him. He is kind and always ready to help when asked. The place is a bit off the main Shinjuku area, but accessible with bus 45 from Shinjuku (West Exit, 230 jpy). Loads of convenience store nearby, and other buses to Shinjuku or Shibuya (bus 64). Airport Bus Limousine stop best at Shinjuku Washington Hotel (9 min walk away). Park Hyatt Tokyo stop is closed for...

"Keio was a delightful endpoint after a grueling 14 hour flight. Friendly staff, nicely appointed rooms with first class amenities. A 7/11 in the building is open 24 hrs a day and don’t miss out on their egg salad and strawberry cream sandwiches- ( all the reviews were right). The property is located close to the train and subway system and take advantage of them. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

It is located on the 18th floor, however, the view from the 39th floor to the 46th is immaculate. Hotel is clean, well taken cared of. The room was beautiful, spacious and view was amazing. This is one hotel that deserves another stay when back in Tokyo."

"The room was small but efficiently laid out and the location was right across from the government observatory where you can see Mt. Fuji from the free viewing deck! Also some rooms give you a view of the government observatory which also had a fantastic light show at night. Very helpful staff, and super easy checkout. Also - the shower’s water oressure is outstanding!!!"
