"I liked that the personnel was very friendly and professional. I did not like that they told us we could use the laundry room and it was out of order and that they had hidden fees. I didnt like that i had to pay parking when i already paid upfront, and i really did not like the policy of paying 75 dollar incident deposit and when i left after no incidents occured at all they stated it was for taxes and dindt give it back. Totally missleading."

"The only thing was the water was not as hot as we liked but it was warm and that is normal for the Island. I am native of the very same town Cayey Puerto Rico. There is a cafe next to the hotel and everything else is walking distance. I personally will pack light next time since i was on the 3rd floor and is a lot of steps but the bed OMG super super comfortable."

"Mont Carpe Diem is more than just a resort. It truly feels like a home away from home. From our very first meeting with Pedro and Yolandra, we were touched by how caring, loving, and welcoming they were. Everything they did for us came from the heart, and they made us feel truly special and at home. The resort itself is an absolute paradise. My husband and I were amazed by its breathtaking beauty, peaceful atmosphere, and the love and care that went into every detail. Our experience at Mont Carpe Diem was unforgettable, and we are so grateful for the wonderful memories we created there. We cannot thank Pedro and Yolandra enough for their incredible hospitality. Mont Carpe Diem is truly a special place, and we look forward to returning soon."

"This property is only accesible by car, since any amenity may involve several minutes driving. This house is on the top of a hill near an artificial reservoir set within the Carite State Forest in the Sierra de Cayey mountain range. Lost of Coquis!. The place is a three bedroom, all with several windows and a porch. Views are fantastic and illustrative of the humid tropical and subtropical humid forest. The upper part of the house is in a decent shape and water at that time was available without any issue. I appreciated having a small ice maker tray in the freezer. The owner was quite responsive to my messages, which was great. If I were the owner I'd suggest offering the kayak for day rent. There's no much to do around for a family with small kids. Instead of the listed coffemaker we found two stovetop coffee maker (greca) with one missing a handle. Beds were just ok, with linens and towels in gray color. Softener was hiding the unpleasant smell of mold. The floor was noticeable in need of a scrub, especially in the bathroom. That bathroom mat is nothing good. Bed linens were of dark colors and 100% polyester. Flat sheets were not provided but I received them upon request. Plenty of roosters around that wakes you at several intervals from 5 am in the morning."

"Excellent rental, these 3 words are often mentioned in the real estate profession; location, location, location…and this is that place!! Aida/Gregory (along w/Hector) are excellent hosts. Be prepared for a drive from the airport; but once you arrive you’ll see that it’s well worth it. Thank you for a wonderful vacation Aida, we hope to come again."
