「I stay here quite frequently when visiting grand forks. I have noticed a decline in cleanliness at the property though. I emailed the general manager about my observations but received no response. I absolutely love the staff at the Baymont, i have never had an issue with anyone from front desk to breakfast attendants to housekeeping. They are all very friendly and accommodating. The issue i have is with the overall cleanliness of the room. There was visible debris all along the baseboards...

「Front dest closed at 5:00 so when we got there at 6:00 our keys were hanging on the front door. When we left at 9:00 the next morning the office was still closed. Had kitchenette but everywhere cracking and peeling. Bathroom window was open and wouldn't shut. Coffee pot still had coffee and grounds so didn't use. Ceiling light was burned out. TV rmote didn't work part of the time. Only good parts were front door parking, nice TV, and refrigerator that worked. Beds good.」
