"I would absolutely give this place five stars or more!!! Expedia helped us get this property at a very reasonable rate and it did not disappoint!! It is 1/2 block from the local transit station, which was super convenient after we learned how to use it although the hotel staff should be updated on how to utilize that system because no one could help us. The pool was absolutely amazing indoors and was the perfect temperature!!! I have never been in a hotel pool that was a better temperature!!! it does have a kitty pool above it for tiny children that I saw people using and enjoying, and I like the fact that they are not in the same pool as us. The hot tub was around the corner and was honestly the best jets I’ve ever had at a hotel and it was nice and hot.!!! Our room was sufficient. I wish they would’ve had a freezer in the refrigerator for my husband’s diabetic supplies, but otherwise the room was sufficient and well maintained.! the cleaning staff is above!!! The maintenance people that were going around and helping, and they were amazing!!! front desk did well, but I wish they were more knowledgeable about the area. Parking can be a bit challenging, depending on the day. I almost wished that they had parking designated according to your room number.. Super convenient location in pigeon Forge, easy to walk to mini attractions or ride the mass transit, easily and cheaply! Breakfast was great! Sausage, biscuits, and gravy, eggs, yogurt, toast, cereal, .., and the best"

"Overall, it’s a good/great hotel! So happy we stayed in Pigeon Forge! It is nice that it was tucked back behind the busy road. Full breakfast that would change everything few days to add variety. The staff were nice! Clean around the building and within our room. Really liked the option to wash clothes! I wish our room had been a little bigger. Ice machines are on 1st and 3rd floor (too bad they are not on each floor. Pool is only outdoors (it was great though). Would we stay again?! Absolutely!"

"The room, public gathering areas, and hot tub were extremely clean. I even rubbed my fingers along the walls of the hot tub to see if there was any residue, there was none. My one small complaint is that it takes so long to check in. Everyone was very pleasant but there were a lot of questions and a lot of conversation. The last thing that most travelers want is extra conversation and required focus when they have family members and luggage to corral. I will most definitely be back and I will absolutely recommend it to my peers."
