"Its the only hotel we stay at in Pigeon Forge we have tried other ones but none is nothing like here. The staff is always been friendly. Room has always been cleaned. Breakfast is always well stocked and hot. Pool are all nice and cleaned. Would definitely recommend. Also they understand kids with disabilities we got a complaint bc my autistic child had full meltdown bc he saw a spider and snapped off and when we told them what happen they apologized and we did too for bothering the guest."
