"Check in was great Nadia was very friendly. Professional n accommodating. Everything was going great until I asked the older Indian man for a "do not disturb" sign... Which seemed to upset him, at which time he SLAMMED his hands on the desk n THREW the sign at me AT ME😵 I WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN n heard several guest share similar experiences with this same Indian man...the sign was returned to him in the same manner 👍"

"Our stay was terrific. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the evening gatherings. The food was hot and tasted great. The hostess was quite helpful and charming. We appreciated the parking garage right next door. The activities within were great, and we enjoyed the atmosphere. The rooms were quite spacious, and all the amenities were available. We had a little trouble with the TV, but the nice man was able to fix the problem right away. It was so nice to have the walking path that led to the island. We will look for a Drury Inn for our next vacation."

"I brought my 4 grandkids with me and they loved the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub and lazy river."

"Room was clean. Elevator smelled funny. FYI they have two different hotels one on each side of the river the second one is the one I was in. It was an older hotel they tried updating but door was hard to unlock and didn’t shut tight. The bed was right next to the window that everyone walked by and the curtains had to use a clip to keep closed so people couldn’t see in. You had to get in your car to drive around the river and drive back out on the main drag or cut through other hotel parking lot just to get the free breakfast or go to the pool. "

"The food was not the best, housekeeping didn’t remove all the trash unless we called, pool side never had towels, and dining floor was very sticky on top of buffet running out of food "

"The room was very clean! The staff was very helpful as I needed to print a ticket for a local attraction and the staff assisted me with using the copier and computer. The cleaning staff was on point and cleaned the room while I was out. I only ate breakfast one day and it was hot and fresh."
