Fun place to stay. Kids liked the pool and slide. Minor thing but when we got to the room none of the lights worked. We tried finding a master switch but couldn't find one anywhere. Went back to the front desk and they let us know it under a curtain. The location should probably be explained at check in. Then no hand soap. Went back to the desk and they gave us some. Overall a good stay

The staff at this hotel were the friendliest and most helpful staff members I have encountered in Pigeon Forge. Every person that I spoke with was so helpful, but also so kind. Everyone seemed happy and always cheerful. I really appreciated all of the thoughtfulness that was put into the design of this hotel. My daughter and I always do a quick getaway to Pigeon Forge before school starts. We usually bounce around and try different hotels, I think we will come to back to Margaritaville Lodge next year.

It’s a good margaritaville resort as far as Aesthetics . however we never got our body wash dispenser refilled the entire time of our stay, even though we asked repeatedly, we never had enough towels or washcloths, even though we asked repeatedly and had to keep going down and getting them. We never got complementary keurig coffee cups and creamer/sweetener to go with that. The pool was so overly crowded. It was terrible. We typically love every stay at any margaritaville however this stay def changed our opinions!! Staff were nice but never accommodated our needs.

My kids had a blast on the waterslide. Jessica was so friendly and helped my little one so I could catch her. They played until it closed. There was something on the bed but they gave us new bedding. There were also hidden fees I didn’t know about for the amenities. Would stay again though.

Over the past couple of years, we have consistently visited this facility, but this recent visit clearly revealed a decline in cleanliness. We were unable to obtain clean cups in the room, and despite assurances that the phone would be fixed during our week-long stay, it remained non-functional—never repaired. We waited over forty-five minutes for linen to make the bed at 9:45pm. Maintenance improperly threw our towels on the ground after we had placed them out by the pool before 10:00am, despite the gates being unlocked upon our arrival. A manager named Kitty behaved unprofessionally and confrontationally when addressing these issues, repeatedly referencing a “booklet" we never received. Kitty questioned our concerns, implying we thought we were more important than other guests, which was never our intention; several other guests were present, and some of their belongings were also thrown on the ground. Our only objective was to secure a shaded area, given the limited availability of umbrellas in the pool area. When our daughter experienced a medical emergency in the lobby, not a single staff member followed up with us after calling 911 and resolving the situation. I had to request an incident report, and not once did they inquire about her well-being. Despite the misconduct of the manager and maintenance staff, we had positive interactions with Rusty, Amanda, and Darbin. However, due to the overall decline in the facility's cleanliness and environment, we will not return.

The shampoo and show soap were empty so we called the desk and they said they would have housekeeping bring them up. Nothing that night. When we arrived back the next evening it was still not filled we called again and about an hour later they brought some up.

We have stayed here many times and are actually local. This day was very disappointing in every aspect. The pool was filthy dirty and had scum around the edge of the tiles and black algae everywhere on the bottom and on the edges. By day to the water was completely cloudy and you could not even see your feet. Upon bringing it to the pool maintenance and engineer team they said they were doing the best they could but not once had that pool been vacuumed. Every surface, doors, glass and all public areas including the tables were never cleaned. The doors and the elevators, ETC were filthy dirty with fingerprints and smudges. The dining tables in and out were never cleared or cleaned on any day except by guest. The bartender and servers were lacking and we're extremely overworked. Those were the only staff that were working very hard to try to keep up and make the guest happy. I'm more than one occasion we never got our food and when we did it took 2 hours and three tries to get just a simple quesadilla. There were no servers or attendance at the pool as usual. Housekeeping never cleaned our room nor did they bring us clean towels as they said they would. I made three visits to the front desk with no success. On two occasions I asked to speak to a manager and no one could find one. The bartender told me he had seen a manager once in 2 days. This is really disappointing as you would not expect any of this from a Margaritaville resort. The security guard was working the front desk.

Had a great time at this resort, and since it was the day after July 4th a lot of folks were leaving out, so it wasn’t crowded at all. We will definitely return here. Overall it was a great time.

Staff was friendly but I will not be back. Seemed more like a party spot for middle age folks but advertised as family friendly. I took my kids and the music never stopped and someone was banging on my door at 1am drunk trying to get in our room. I woke up to leave for the day and empty wine bottle were in front of my door. You have to pay a resort fee but then also pay $10 daily for parking, pay to play any arcade games, pay for breakfast…so I’m not sure what the resort fee actually covers. The shower grout was dirty and stained orange. We reserved a room that also had a roll away bed so I had to request pillows and blankets. The pillow had red marks on it my child thought was blood. I paid well over $600 for the total 2 night stay and this is what I usually pay to stay a suite with full kitchen on a beach! The only thing you don’t have to pay for here is to get in the pool. The lazy river had operating hours that said closed at 10 but we went at 8pm after out all day and it was locked. So again not sure why we paid so much for a room, $80 resort fee and $10 a day for parking when all we got was a room and 1 pool access and being disturbed by drunks

We loved the pool and activities for our son, but the hotel was very understaffed and we had lots of issues with food/drinks. Our room also wasn’t super clean, and the tv didn’t work. I feel like we were one of the rare ones that had a not great experience. We were so excited to stay here too, and hope to go back and have a better time

Pet and family friendly. We had an issue at check-in and the staff went above and beyond to make it right. Everyone there was friendly and more than helpful.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and always willing to answer any questions. The food was very good and we enjoyed being able to have lunch out by the pool.

Family of 4 stayed at the Lodge for 2 nights. Main reason for coming was to visit Dollywood and enjoy the pool. I’m a huge Margaritaville fan and usually have very high ratings of resorts we have stayed at previously. Staff was amazing! Check-in staff to our waiter were incredible! Nice, attentive and very keen on making our stay enjoyable. Our room was nicely sized, and the beds were clean. We did find hair in the bathroom and a huge sticky spot on the floor that remained for both days, even after housekeeping came the first day. My kids enjoyed the pool area, but for both days we visited, there were clumps of hair around and in the pool. While trying to relax in the longer chairs, my husband and I were getting bothered by fleas. I don’t know if they were in the mulch around the pool or what, but it made it very undesirable. They also charge a parking fee of $10 per night, which we have never experienced before at a Pigeon Forge Resort. We probably will not return to the lodge.

The property was perfect for our family vacation. Just like anything you’re going to have things that you loved and things that were all that great. For instance, we were disappointed in the breakfast buffet food served in the main dining room but loved the lunch and dinner options from Fin’s. The bar staff was excellent. Our granddaughter loved the pool but we weren’t a little scared with some of the broken tiles along the pool edge. Every single person from front desk, to hostesses, store clerk and housekeeping were amazing. We will return.
