"Very outdated. The fitness center is awful. The property is in rough condition. Night audit staff was not friendly at all, even for simple requests. Housekeeping ran out of towels, promised them in 20 minutes and the next day it took asking 4 people to get towels so we could shower. Would not return; do not recommend. "

"We had a great view of the pigeon forge area. Overall the visit met all our expectations. We will definitely look for a Drury Hotel on future travels. Our thanks to all the friendly staff for making our trip enjoyable. "

"The over all experience was wonderful. The hotel room was the cleanest my husband and I have ever stayed in. We were both very impressed. There were plenty of towels. They staff was so friendly. "I chose this stay because of the indoor pool and breakfast, and we were quite pleased with both of those. I really liked that there were multiple pools, though we didn’t use the outdoor ones because of the temperature. The indoor pool also has a hot tub, but the rail to get in needs to be repaired or replaced. There is a nice breakfast place with plenty of variety, but it’s at the back of the property through a tunnel in the main building which may be confusing if you’re not staying in the Tower. Our tower room left much to be desired. It was not nearly as nice as the rooms appear in the photos. Despite having bright white lights in the rooms, it somehow seemed dark and dingy. The tower hallway was the same way. There was nothing wrong with the room per se, but the dark appearance made it unsettling. The only thing “wrong” that I noticed was the spout for our tub stuck did not line up with the wall. Still though, the dark and dingy appearance was enough to make me not want to return. Overall, I’d say the indoor pool was the best part of our experience. "

"Clean Room , Stuff was lovely, close to Titanic, I couldn’t do more because was snowing and raining , left one day early. Overall was a good 1700 miles in 6 days "

"We loved the night life for kids at this place! It made it so easy to keep them entertained without having to leave the property. "

"Loved the view from our little balcony. It was easy to get in and out of the parking lot and there are a lot of places within walking distance to have fun. The staff was helpful with finding a place to eat on our last night that was delicious. The bacon in the breakfast was paper thin but still good. Again the staff were helpful and nice. We had a neighbor who was smoking on their balcony and it was coming into our room. The staff handled it quickly. "
