We always have great service with your people. I would have liked a few more pillows personally. I really love the balconies in the rooms. Perfect spot to relax and unwind after being out all day. 」

However, the breakfast area is tight; perhaps it could be expanded to better mitigate the crowding. Nonetheless, we would definitely return to this hotel.」

「This hotel is a great location! Just off the island so traffic isn’t bad when going to do other things out of town, but close enough it’s a quick walk or drive down the island and the strip! Very quite property, we did a lot of hiking and Smokey Mountain sight seeing and were able to get peaceful sleep every night! 」
