"I booked a king room via Hotels.com and when I arrived, I was told there were no king rooms available because they had “overbooked”. I asked if I could be given a 2 queen room with a great view of the mountains. Instead, I was given a view of the parking lot. There is not a free option for breakfast, and the coffee was not good. The hotel was super clean. My room was very clean and I like the wall operated blackout shades. There were four fluffy/comfy pillows per bed. There was LVP on the floor and it was clean. I like this 1000 times better than carpet rooms. The shower was very hot and had a removable wand. I got a text noting that my room would not be cleaned unless I specifically asked for that, which I thought odd. I was given 1 washcloth for a 3 day stay and immediately asked for more upon checking in."
