「Amazing rooms you dont have to leave the resort for anything. Water park was a great time only thing i didn't like was the group of workers were doing the wave board on there break and spent awhile on it .but overall great time will definitely stay again it was cheaper to get a room and use the water park then pay gor water park passes and stay anywere else.parking was crazy but they also were packed it was about a 5 min walk from our car to main lobby to our floor 」

「Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. While we were in route and less than an hour from the hotel to check in, Wyndham calls and states they have overbooked the hotel and cancelling my reservation.
