「Horrible Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Room Maintenance We booked a room at Best Western for September 24–25, 2026, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The room was in unacceptable condition, and the cleanliness and maintenance were far below what we expected for the price we paid. 「When I checked in we were the only people in the entire hotel. When I ask the desk clerk she said business was slow. I had booked a king room. It was on the 2nd floor and they didn’t want to open it so they put us in a handicap room. When we went to the room the outside room that was supposed to be key entry had a wedge in door so it wouldn’t shut. The lock on the door didn’t work. They had two bolt locks. The handicap bath tub was so tall you had to use the rails to get in and I’m older but...
