"Our neighbor had to give us our code which is a massive safety issue. Support was not getting the hint of the issue. My automatic lock unlocked my neighbors door but we were in the correct loft. Was not resolved and resulted in trust of the neighbor, now up to standards for a Vrbo, that means another unit has access to our unit during the whole stay. NO codes given by support worked.Was very clean and we enjoyed the location."

"Unit was clean except under the couch. It's not a pull out like i right it would be, so we had to move it to make it a queen size. There were toys, crumbs, and trash under the sofa part we had to move and i had to vacuum and clean the area. Everything else was clean. Our room code didn't work on the door and the guy we had to call from the reservation hotline was very rude. The property manger I was communicating with was very nice and communicative. "Nice spot in the middle of Old City Knoxville, TN. Convenient walk to Gay Street, Breweries, and Market Square. Friday and Saturday night are quite lively in this part of Old City however noise inside the apartment were never a problem. Thumbs up"
