"The service was exceptional, everyone was so friendly. Loved the outdoor seating area, would enjoyed some rocking chairs, but not a big deal. "

"The staff was friendly. The breakfast was okay. Unfortunately it was the same every single day. 5 days of the same thing was rough. Some days bacon was very under cooked. My biggest complaint about the breakfast was the coffee. It was so watered down. For me this was disappointing but Starbucks was not a long drive. The kids had a blast overall the resort was well cared for and lots to do. I do feel there were not enough staff on the grounds outside to monitor the “unmonitored” older kids who were unsafe and making it difficult for the younger kids to navigate the slides and stairs. "

"Very quick check in and comfy stay but the shower design is strange and the wifi is nonexistent if you’re not in certain areas of the room. "

"Breakfast buffet was nice. Staff were friendly. The room was large, however there was no luggage stand, and the bathroom needs updating. Cracked tiles and no hooks on the wall/door to hang towels."

"Price, location and breakfast were excellent. If you can park and ignore the broken ice machines, elevator s, run down and dirty feel get to your room and clean it yourself , it worth it. Even our room and cigarette butts on the floor in a non smoking room. Toilet seat broken, but other than that the price was good."
