"Great spot in downtown Gatlinburg! Staff was fantastic very helpful. The room that we got was definitely not the nicest but it’s Gatlinburg! It’s a part of the experience! Definitely would recommend "

"First off none of the pools were open the air conditioning did not work very well in the unit so I closed some vents in the kitchen and living room area to get the air to move to the bedroom which I could not get it to work but in the bathroom area blew all kinds of black crap out of the vents,, for what it was it was way overpriced would not recommend this"

"The room was big and clean. The only complaint was there wasn’t enough light. There were only 2 small lights for the big room. But it was very quiet and the breakfast buffet was very good. It also had a mini fridge with a separate freezer section which was helpful in packing lunch."
