"A great ryokan with very friendly staff. The Japanese breakfast was the best we had in Japan! Our room was nice, clean, and had an amazing view. Great location! "
"The location is great- steps from the train station. Not a lot nearby in terms of food and most things close early when the tourists leave for the day. Which means it’s pretty quiet at night. Rooms are good size, not cramped like most of Japan. Windows barely open and the AC was not working well when we were there. "
"The check in experience was easy and though it wasn’t too difficult to get to the property was more out of the way than expected for where we were going. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, but the room size was huge and having a washer and dryer on site was very handy. "
"Nice and comfortable, but not convenience for taking train, taking bus is fine.
A little bit disappointed that there is no smoking room even I have booked smoking room.😅"
"This property is very cheap for the size and quality of the room. There was some questionable stains on the couch but besides that everything else was rather clean for the nature of the hotel"
"We stayed at Yadotu Kyoto Hanare for 6 days and it was amazung!! This place is truly extraordinary - you get lots of space, full comfort and luxury in real, authentic Japanese way. It was a real pleasure to come back to this wonderful home after a long day filled with fantastic experiences. We are very thankful for having the opportunity to stay here. It made our adventure in Japan even more unforgettable. I would highly recommend this amazing place."

Onyado Nono Kyotoshichijo Natural Hot Springs
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed at this hotel in both Kyoto & Osaka. Both have onsens but these felt superior. The massage chairs were also a great boost to what they offer and staff was great and helpful.
At a great location and a place I would absolutely return to when back in Kyoto.
Can be a bit busy during peak hours but still find times to take advantage of amenities. "
"Wonderful hotel in a wonderful location. The front desk was very kind and helped us with information and with luggage dispatch to our next destination. The bedroom was really good and spacious. Three minute walk from Kyoto station, so it was good to arrive and leave with Shinkansen and also to move around the city with train and subways. "
"This property exceeded my expectation. It is a quick 1-stop train ride from Kyoto station. The property is right across the station with a Starbucks and Family Mart right next to it. There are also good restaurants and the Kyoto aquarium within walking distance to the property. The room is spacious than the usual in Japan and bathroom is very modern. Cleanliness in the entire hotel is very visible. There is a public bath offered for free, a traditional bath in Japan. The room is furnished with a safe, mini fridge and complete toiletries with a set of pj for the public bath which you can also wear in the room. There's a room for ice and a microwave along the hallway and a vending machine by the public bath. I need to mention how impressed we were with breakfast. It was a buffet with a lot of hot dishes, mixed of Japanese and American, desserts and drinks. Better to include the breakfast to your reservation. "
