「The room was very clean, although the floor was a little sandy. The bed was extremely confortable! The mini fridge kept my food and drinks ice cold and the ac kept the room nice and cool. The walls were a little thin and being off a busy thoroughfare, I could hear some traffic noise but it wasn't too bad. The property was well maintained and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied and would definitely stay again. 」

「This is an older property that has been renovated. From the outside, at a glance, you could miss this truly charming gem. I’ve visited the area for over 20 yrs and I never knew this was here. 「We had to leave early due to an unforseen circumstance at home, but I really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was nice, clean, quiet, and cozy. Lee was very nice and responsive. I loved the chickens and they were so quiet that you didn't even know they was there. I hope to return in the near future. Thank you Lee for sharing your beautiful cottage with us.」

「It was my spouse and I with two kids (10, 8yrs old) The place was perfect!! The kids enjoyed running around, playing with the chickens and feeding them. There is a trampoline and lake that kept them busy as well. It was very quiet. We got really fresh free range eggs delivered to our door for breakfast. The owner is responsive and extremely kind. I would definitely stay there again and have already recommended the place!!」

「The stay was great and we really enjoyed the unit. It’s clean. It’s very comfortable. It’s close to Calabash and all the restaurants in that great little town. Only thing we experienced was difficulty with the electronic lock on the door other than that to stay was perfect. We called the agent. They gave us the code to the lockbox so we could get the key and everything after that was fine. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anybody traveling to that area.」
