The staff was friendly, professional, and quick to assist with anything we needed, which made the experience even better. Overall, the resort was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay in Myrtle Beach."

"Unfortunately we paid almost 500 hundred dollars to stay for 3 days, the room was dirty, the sheets smell so bad , the furniture is super super old , it was so disgusting to take a shower because it looks like they never clean the bathtub, no enough soap to wash your hands to shower gel no nothing, I will never ever come back "

"The room was dirty. Walls dirty. Couch dirty. Phone did not work. Tv did not work. Check in their card system was down and that’s considering I tried to check in at 6pm. Would not stay here again due to cleanness. It was not even the bare minimal "

"Floors on all rooms were dirty! Elevators in our building and the parking deck were often inoperable. This was supposed to be a non smoking facility but there was cigarettes and marijuana being smoked, the smell was very obvious. Overall would not recommend this property. "

"We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and we were never disappointed. The room was clean, especially the bathroom. I was caught off guard that there was no carpet in the room but, to be honest, the wood flooring was nice, I really think this helps keep down any odors from previous guests and housekeeping does a great job with cleaning. Check in was smooth and staff was friendly. Breakfast staff was super friendly and the food was good for a hotel breakfast. Must try the mini pancakes. Housekeeping was on point and super helpful. "
