The communal area is small and basic but we managed to find seats easily. We appreciated the happy hour and complementary takoyaki. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from Kanda station and Yamamoto line. The area felt safe and clean and there’s a 7/11 around the corner. I would stay again and would recommend if looking for a comfortable budget place to stay in Tokyo."
